Shipping policy
- Shipment tracking numbers are sent via email as soon as your order is shipped.
- We do our best to process all orders within 2-3 days of purchase.
- Average shipping time is 5-10 days after processing.
- On sales of $300 and over, Economy shipping is Free.
- On Products weighing: 1lb–2lb Economy shipping is $10.00 (most single pairs shoes)
- On Products weighing: 3lb and up Economy shipping is $14.00 USD (most Boots or 2 shoes)
- Return shipping is paid for by the customer. 10.0% Restocking fee only on Undamaged shoes
Shipping and Delivery Problems
If your order is lost or damaged, the carrier must conduct an investigation. Please contact Pasadenasole@gmail.com to initiate a case within 2 business days of receiving the item. If the package cannot be located, the shipping carrier will process a claim for the package. Claims can take up to two weeks to process. When the carrier claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item(s), insurance reimbursement will be issued to us, and the replacement item(s) will be shipped out, If the item(s) is no longer available, and a similar item is rejected.
